  1. Identify proxy and outcome measures that can be used to monitor campus climate.
  2. Recognize the need for institutional data collection on students with disabilities as an extension of diversity.
  3. Describe the importance of collecting retention data.
  4. Interpret retention data as it applies to program improvement.
