You are now entering the Accommodations Unit. In this unit, you will:
  1. Increase your understanding of why it is important to make classroom accommodations for students with disabilities.
  2. Increase your understanding of the responsibilities faculty, students with disabilities, and Disability Support Services (DSS) have in the process of coordinating accommodations.
  3. Know the types of common accommodations and services Disability Support Services (DSS) can provide.
  4. Increase your understanding of Universal Design for Learning (UDL) approaches to instruction and how these approaches benefit all students, regardless of disability or learning differences.
