How are the rules and statutes enforced?

The DOJ is responsible for investigating violations of the ADA. The OCR is responsible for investigating violations of the Rehabilitation Act (§504 and §508). State auditors are usually responsible for compliance with state statutes and administrative rules. Local auditors and administrators are responsible for insuring compliance with institutional policies and standards.
