The Educational Foundations for Every Classroom Teacher (EFFECT) Consortium is a group of faculty and instructional designers working together to simultaneously develop on-line versions of existing graduate courses and a quality assurance system to maintain the academic quality of those courses. EFFECT is currently pilot testing two on-line graduate courses. EFFECT is also analyzing policy governing on-line courses in the hopes of suggesting policy that support student learning and faculty development. |
