Description:

This effort builds on the work of the Collaborative Technologies Learning Community at Kent State University. That effort has evolved in three stages, (1) learning about collaborative technologies and their functionalities, (2) investigating pedagogical models for collaboration in education and how they may be employed with technology and (3) fostering the implementation and impact of collaborative technologies in the learning environment. It is the third of these that forms the plans for the learning community in the coming year, though the first two phases remain active as technology continues to evolve and our understandings of the opportunities available through the integration of technology and pedagogy deepens.
