| Description: | |
|
This project focuses on a faculty community from six different professions and how this faculty can best assist students in learning how to address issues that are broad and complex and that require the expertise of more than one profession to resolve. Through the process of assisting students in different professions, the community of faculty must learn more about each other’s disciplines, about how students in other disciplines learn and communicate and how to work collaboratively. Three major goals of this project are: 1. To provide technical and professional support to this diverse faculty community 2. To expand the reach of these courses by including faculty from the helping professions 3. Support OSU’s commitment to collaboration and technology as vital elements of teaching and learning These goals align with the goals of both The Ohio State University and the College of Education. |
