The field of Criminal Justice is expanding and increasingly becoming a favorite major for many students on University campuses. Criminal Justice is a diverse discipline offering students many options for career specialization (i.e., criminology, victimology, law enforcement, corrections, pre-law, legal process, forensic science, private security, asset protection, and other topics). Since it is impossible for one university to offer all of these diverse courses, four universities will work together to provide courses to students. One university will “broadcast” their course to the other three. Each university will have the opportunity to teach the course being broadcasted via interactive distance learning to the other three. The four universities involved are: Youngstown State University, Kent State University, The University of Akron, and Cleveland State University . Students will have the opportunity to study topics by experts.
