* Presenter Agreement

	I understand that the Conference Committee will notify me by email, no later than November 14, 2008, whether my proposal is accepted or rejected.
	If my proposal is accepted, I will present on the day and time assigned to me/us by the Conference Committee.
	I will register and pay full registration fees to participate in the Conference.
	When my proposal is accepted I will, if possible, add information about my presentation to the conference wiki by February 1, 2009.

* Presenter Releases

	I agree that the LLT 2009 Conference, may record my voice and image at the LLT 2009 Conference on March 1, 2, and 3, 2009. I also understand that the recordings will be posted on the web for educational purposes and agree that the LLT 2009 Conference may use my images for Conference publicity.
	I agree that the LLT 2009 Conference can post my paper and presentation materials, etc. on the web for use by others for educational purposes.

The LLT 2009 Conference Program Committee will review proposals and notify presenters by November 14, 2008.
