* Presenter Agreement

	I understand that the Conference Committee will notify me by email, no later than December 3, 2007, whether my proposal is accepted or rejected.
	If my proposal is accepted, I will present on the day and time assigned to me/us by the Conference Committee.
	I will register and pay full registration fees to participate in the Conference.
	When my proposal is accepted, I will submit an electronic copy of my presentation and copies of handouts and materials to be used in my presentation by February 15, 2008.

* Presenter Releases

	I agree that the ODCE 2008 Conference, may record my voice and image at the ODCE 2008 Conference on March 2, 3, and 4, 2008. I also understand that the recordings will be posted on the web for educational purposes and agree that the ODCE 2008 Conference may use my images for Conference publicity.
	I agree that the ODCE 2008 Conference can post my paper and presentation materials, etc. on the web for use by others for educational purposes.
